The Times is a daily national newspaper published in the United Kingdom since 1785, when it was known as The Daily Universal Register.

The Times and its sister paper The Sunday Times are published by Times Newspapers Limited, a subsidiary of News International. News International is entirely owned by the News Corporation group, headed by Rupert Murdoch. Though traditionally a moderately centre-right newspaper and a supporter of the Conservatives, it supported the Labour Party in the 2001 and 2005 general elections. In 2005, according to MORI, the voting intentions of its readership were 40% for the Conservative Party, 29% for the Liberal Democrats, 26% for Labour.

The Times is the original "Times" newspaper, lending its name to many other papers around the world, such as The New York Times, The Los Angeles Times, The Times of India, The Straits Times, The Times of Malta and The Irish Times. For distinguishing purposes it is therefore sometimes referred to, particularly in North America, as the 'London Times' or 'The Times of London'. The paper is the originator of the ubiquitous Times Roman typeface, originally developed by Stanley Morison of The Times in collaboration with the Monotype Corporation for its legibility in low-tech printing.

The Times was printed in broadsheet format for 219 years, but switched to tabloid size in 2004 partly in an attempt to appeal to younger readers and partly to appeal to commuters using public transport. An American edition has been published since 6 June 2006.

How many times can my credit be ran before it starts to lower my credit score?
Q. Ive run my credit a several times in my life. I am 20 and id say its been ran maybe 3 or 4 times but i want to get a loan for a bike. Im afraid to have it ran because i don't want to destroy my score. Does anyone know the point where it has been ran too many times and it will lower my score?

A. Well if you want the correct answer as FICO states, then here is how an inquiry works. You can check your own report as many times as you want and it does NOT affect your score. Soft inquiries, those made every now and then by your current creditors to re-evaluate your credit do not count. If you are shopping for a car or mortgage or anything that is a secured loan, all the inquiries (hard hits) will only count as one inquiry if done so within 15 day period. Hard hits or inquiries that do affect your score stay on your credit report for 2 years as per Running of Reporting Period - Section 605 [15 U.S.C. 1681c] Now applying for numerous credit cards WILL affect your score and cause it to lower. Here is where you can read about how… [cont.]

How many times a week do people usually have instrument lessons?
Q. I was thinking about taking both piano and guitar lessons at the same time, but I don't want to take lessons that are 3, 4, or 5 times a week each. What is the normal amount of lessons for piano and guitar a week?
Asked by boring.freak2 - Wed Nov 7 00:45:02 2007 - - 2 Answers - 0 Comments

A. Typically, music lessons are taken once a week, but some people find time to take lessons twice a week. I studied piano for 12 years and when I was preparing a recital I would take my lessons 2 or 3 times a week... otherwise it was once per week. Now, as for *practicing* -that- was required every single day... so be sure to factor "practice time" into your schedule. I hope you have plenty of time to dedicate to studying *2* instruments simultaneously -- that would be difficult for most anyone to work into their time schedule! I'm sure I couldn't do it... Best of Luck in your musical future!

How many times a day do you feed a nursing cat?
Q. My cat seems to be hungry all the time but I figured it's to be expected because of her nursing. But it's making her poop fifty billion times a day, and it smells horrible. I'm going through cat litter bags once a week. What can I do?

A. Mom cat needs to eat alot of high quality cat food, after all she is eating for 4 or 5 or 6 kittens. Needs all the food and good fresh water to make that milk. I wonder what brand of food that you are feeding. If high quality proteins, it should not be a horrible situation. Low quality food is highly undigestible and would produce lots of poop. Feed canned or dry as you prefer, lots of water. After 4 weeks you can start to put some soft food mixed with water for the kittens to explore. Soon all the extra feeding and associated pooping will be over. You might also try using a scoopable litter, tends to last a bit longer.(In my opinion)
